Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 582
APPROVING QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR
COUNTY ROAD 9 STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Park Reserve District as a condition of a division
of property (City Resolution No. 83-68) was required to deed to the .ity of
Plymouth the necessary road right-of-way for New County Road 9; and
WHEREAS, the Park Reserve District has deeded that road right-of-way to the
City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the road right-of-way is necessary for the upgrading, relocation and
reconstruction of County Road 9, which project will be constructed by the
Hennepin County Department of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, County Road 9 is a part of the County road transportation system;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a quit
claim deed conveying said road right-of-way to Hennepin County for the recon-
struction and relocation of County Road 9.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cduncilmember Moenand upon vote beirc3 taken thereon. the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
