councilmember Moen Introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-579
RESOLUTION ADOPTING A POLICY RELATING TO STORM WATER DRAINAGE ISSUES
ARISING ON PRIVATE PROPERTIES
WHEREAS, residents periodically request the City's assistance in resolvino storm
water drainage problems arising between private property owners; and
WHEREAS, as the City continues development, such problems will likely increase in
frequency; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish a policy setting forth the City's role
in such controversies;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does adopt a Policy Relatino to Storm Water
Drainage Issues Arising on Private Properties, dated October 17, 1983.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
