Councilmember Schneider introduced the 4lowino Resolution and moved Its
adoption
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 577
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 2 AND FINAL
REROOFING WATER TREATMENT PLANT
PROJECT NO. 310
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Dalbec Roofing, Inc. as contractor
have entered Into an agreement for reroofing the Water Treatment Plant, said
agreement being dated June 6, 1983; and
WHEREAS, the engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval
of the final request for payment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was 522,225.00, no change
orders were approved, and the value of the work to date is
$22,225.00.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for Protect No. 310
and certified to the Council by the engineer as acceptable be
and the same is hereby released from the contract except as to
the conditions of the performance bond, any and all legal rights
of the owner, required guarantees and corrections of faulty work
afer final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 2 and Final in the amount of 52,522.50
to Dalbec Roofing, Inc. for Project 310 is hereby approved and
the City Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
pay the same forthwith.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Wcilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
c owing vote in favor tg eeeof:Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Sch e9 ider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
