Schneider. 11rEinen The following m—embers were n Absent, none Gounciimember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its a pt om ; RESOLUTION NO. 83-576 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND PLYMOUTH CREEK 2ND ADDITION (79006) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated April 14, 1983, Tipton Corporation, developer of Plymouth Creek 2nd Addition (79006), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $ 95,370 S 95,370 Sanitary Sewer 40,052 -0- Watermain 52,904 -0- Storm Sewer 19,825 -0- Boulevard or Drainage Swale Sod 8,400 8,400 Pond or Ditch Construction -O- -0- Street Signs 300 300 Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 3,000 3,000 Park and Trail Improvements -0- -0- Site Grading & Drainage Improvements -0- -0- Maintenance of Erosion & Sediment Control Plan 1,500 1,500 Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 26,562 13,028 TOTAL $247,913 5121,598 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $247,913 to $121,598 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer con- struction is accepted as of October 17, 1983 for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the developer.
