Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
+i opt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-575
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
NATHAN TRAILS PLAT TWO (A-698)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated October 5, 1981,
Meadow Corporation, developer of Nathan Trails Plat Two (A-698), has agreed to
Install certain .improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as rioted below; and
WHEREAS, the develope.• has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED 8Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

Boulevard or Drainage Swale Sod
Pond or Ditch Construction

Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning

the completed work.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
