The following 0embe e6 rss Men, Neils, Schneider and Thre a1` meetinn of fol r City of renport; x »x +r+r Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its +i opt on: RESOLUTION NO. 83-575 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND NATHAN TRAILS PLAT TWO (A-698) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated October 5, 1981, Meadow Corporation, developer of Nathan Trails Plat Two (A-698), has agreed to Install certain .improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as rioted below; and WHEREAS, the develope.• has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED 8Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard or Drainage Swale Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Park and Trail Improvements Site Grading & Drainage Improvements Maintenance of Erosion & Sediment Control Plan Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts TOTAL ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT $128,780 S3,831 47,235 -0- 55,715 -0- 22,680 -0- 10,800 -0- -0- -0- 600 -0- 3,000 500 -0- -0- 60,000 -0- 1,500 -0- 39,637 500 S369,947 S4,831 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $8,883 to 54,831 to reflect the completed work.
