REIMBURSING DEVELOPER FOR TRUNK SANITARY SEWER
PLYMOUTH CREEK 2ND ADDITION (79006)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and Tipton Corporation have entered Into a devel-
opment contract, dated April 14, 1983 for the development of Plymouth Creek 2nd
Addition; and
WHEREAS, as part of this development the developer was required to construct a
24" sanitary sewer in order to conform with the City of Plymouth overall trunk
sewer sytem; and
WHEREAS, the development contract provided for reimbursement to the developer
for the construction of this sanitary sewer; and
WHEREAS, this amounts to $11,959,92;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the developer, Tipton Corporation, Is to be reimbursed
In the amount of $11,959.92 for trunk sanitary sewer construction in Plymouth
Creek 2nd Addition. Said funding to be from Fund 811.
