The following members were present: a or Daven ortji ounce,mem ers Moen, Delis, Schneider and Threinen The follow ng mem ers were a sent: none' fff fir fff Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and move its a option: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 572 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - HARRISON HILLS 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted October 17, 1983, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Harrison Hills 2nd Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council October 17, 1983; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvements. 2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions adopted October 17, 1983. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improve- ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Schneider and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted n favor ereo :Mayor Davenport Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Threinen e o owing vote 'aga nst or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. afw aft fff
