PREPARATION OF REPORT STREET LIGHTING - HARRISON HILLS 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Harrison Hills Partnership requesting installation of ornamental residential street lighting in Harrison Hills 2nd Addition; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Harrison Hills 2nd Addition by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with the City Council on October 17, 1983, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declara- tion is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. 2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment hearings. 3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Schneider , and upon votebeing taken thereon, the 0 owing voted n favor ergo : Mayoriilavenport, CounciImembers Moen, Neils,_ Schneider and Threinen e -following votea against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
