RESOLUTION NO. 83- 570
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
COUNTY ROAD 61/XENIUM LANE UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENT
PROSECT NO. 205
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the utility and street improvements contract for Project No. 205:
1. Additional muck excavation.
2. Removal of unsuitable material in borrow area.
3. Hauling of muck excavation.
4. Additional perforated underground drain tile.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for the utility and street improvements contract for
Project 205 is recommened for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYM^UTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for the utility and street
Improvements contract for Project 205 adding $66,987.50 is approved and the
existing contract price of $10909,663.45 is revised to 51,976,650.95.
