HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1983-569Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota washold on the 117th day of October , 1983 The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, ounce mem ers Moen'; Neils, Schneider and Threinen The following members were absent: none xxx x+f wr JUWit ember Moen introduced the following Resolution and move its a option: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 569 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT OUTLOT G, NORTHWEST BUSINESS ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the Prudential Insurance Company of America has petitioned the City Council for a vacation of the following util?ty and drainage easement: That part of Utility and Drainage easement in Outlot G, NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS, according to the recorded plat thereof lying 10.00 feet westerly, northerly, and northeasterly of the following described line: Commencing at the most westerly corner of said Outlot G; thence south- easterly 156.53 feet to a boundary corner of said Outlot G and the point of beginning of said line; thence northerly 192.03 feet to a boundary corner of said Outlot G; thence easterly 50.00 feet to a boundary corner of said Outlot G; thence southeasterly 268.59 feet along the boundary line of said Outlot G to the southeasterly line of said Outlot G and said line there terminating. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of November 21, 1983 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
