RESOLUTION NO. 83- 566
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF THE SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR DUSTER STEEL (A-637)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Juster Steel located at the northwest corner of Xenium Lane
and County Road 15 was approved under City Council Resolution No. 81-843; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee In the form of
a Bond In the amount of $35,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the Developer that the required site improvements had been
completed, City staff has Inspected said site and recommends reduction of the Bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Bond No.
3351035 in the amount of $35,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site improvements
for Juster Steel located at the northwest corner of Xenium Lane and County Road 15, to
$10,000.00.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
