Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 83- 565
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF THE SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR DUSTER STEEL (A-637)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for 9uster Steel located at the northwest corner of Xenium Lane
and County Road 15 was approved under City Council Resolution No. 81-843; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee In the form of
a Bond in the amount of $85,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the Developer that the required site improvements had been
completed, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the Bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOU;`1,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does authorize the release of the Bond No. 3351034
