Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 564
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF THE SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR FOOD ENGINEERING, INC.
(A-670)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Food Engineering, Inc., located at the southwest corner of
Niagara Lane and Medina Road, was approved under City Council Resolution No. 82-75;
and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Letter of Credit in the amount of $10,800.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the Developer that the required site improvements had been
completed, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the Letter of
Credit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Letter of Credit
No. 1142 in the amount of $10,800.00 which was submitted to guarantee site improvements
for Food Engineering, Inc. located at the southwest corner of Niagara Lane and Medina
Road subject to the following condition:
1. Submittal of an "As -Built" Survey.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , andupon vote being taken t her
