GUZIK FOR A HOME OCCUPATION AT 4105 QUAKER LANE (83050) WHEREAS, John S. Guzik has requested a Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation to conduct a real estate office from his residence at 4105 Ouaker Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for John S. Guzik for a Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation to conduct a real estate office from his residence at 4105 Quaker Lane subject to the following: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. The permit is issued to the petitioner as sole operator of the facility and shall not be transferable. 3. The premises shall be maintained in a sanitary manner. 4. No signage or outside storage shall be permitted. 5. The permit shall be reviewed In six months, and renewed annually to assure compliance with the conditions of approval. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Schneider , and ote being taken thereon, on, t e rtiu 0evot n favor thereof: Mavor DavenOilmembers Moen, Neils, n and Threinen Whereupon the Resolution was declared dsk8
