of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on ti17th day of.October . 1983
Councilmember Moen Introduced the following Resolution and moved it
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-560
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR TERRY M. JOHNSON (83042)
WHEREAS, Terry M. Johnson has requested approval Site Plan for an office/ware-
house structure on Lot 2, Block 1, Voip Industrial Park at the northwest corner
of Niagara Lane and Medina Road; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does approve the request for Site
Plan approval for a proposed office/warehouse structure on property located
northwest of Niagara Lane and Medina Road subject to the following:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance
with Dedication Policy in effect at the time of Building Permit issu-
ance.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor
elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing any
open storm water drainage facility.
4. Submission of required Site Performance Agreement and financial
guarantee for completion of site improvements.
5. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance and approved ,
sign plans.
6. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews
and approvals per Ordinance provisions.
7. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within approved facili-
ties shown on the plans dated September 15, 1983.
9. No Building Permit to be Issued until the Lot Division/Consolidation
Is filed with Hennepin County.
