Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 559
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR TERRY M. JOHNSON FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
NORTHWEST OF NIAGARA LANE AND MEDINA ROAD (83042)
WHEREAS, Terry M. Johnson has requested division/consolidation of platted Lots 1 and 2,
Block 1 of Volp Industrial Park; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does approve the following Lot
Division/Consolidation for Terry M. Johnson for property located northwest of Niagara
Lane and Medina Road:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lot 2, Block 1, VOLP INDUSTRIAL PARK, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
PARCEL A: Lot 2, Block 1, and the South 10.25 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, VOLP INDUSTRIAL
PARK, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
PARCEL B: Lot 1, Block 1, except the South 10.25 feet thereof, VOLP INDUSTRIAL PARK,
HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the Consolidation is approved by Hennepin
County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being ttaken , e

Whereupon the Resolution was declared
