Councilmember Moen Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-558
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT DIVISION FOR SIGUARD &
DOROTHY FOLLESE (83046)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division for Siquard & Dorothy Follese for
property located at 11835 Bass Lake Road under Resolution No.83-557 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open storm water
drainage facilities.
4. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication prior to issuance of
Building Permit in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of
`,,;llui..g Permit issuance.
No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Division is filed with Hennepin
County.
6. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot Division with
Hennepin County.
7. Payment of Invoice No. 2238 prior to filing.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, lii

Whereupon the Resolution was declared
