RESOLUTION NO. 93-557
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR SIGUARD & DOROTHY FOLLESE FOR PLATTED LAND AT 11935 BASS
LAKE ROAD, BASS LAKE OAKS SUBDIVISION (83046)
WHEREAS, Siguard & Dorothy Follese have requested approval for a Lot Division of Lot 1,
Block 1, BASS LAKE OAKS;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE: CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the followinq Lot Division as
follows:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lot 1, Block 1 BASS LAKE OAKS, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
PARCEL A•
It part of Lot 1, Block 1, BASS LAKE OAKS lying Northerly of a line bearing
North 63 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds East from a point on the West line of said
Lot 1 distant 215.15 feet South along said West line from the most Northerly
corner of said Lot 1, subject to roadway easement.
For the purpose of this description, the West line of said Lot 1 is assumed to
bear South 0 degrees 29 minutes 50 seconds East.
PARCEL B:
TFat part of Lot 1, Block 1, BASS LAKE OAKS lying Southerly of a line hearing
North 63 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds East from a point on the West line of said
Lot 1 distant 215.15 feet South along said West line from the most Northerly
corner of said Lot 1, subject to roadway easement.
For the purpose of this description, the West line .` said Lot 1 is assumed to

FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by Hennepin Comity.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
