RESOLUTION NO. 83- 555
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR
FOX RUN FOR LUNDGREN BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE CITY OF MINNEAPOLIS (MPUD
83-1) (82066)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Fox Run as requested by Lundgren Brothers Construction Company for the City of
Minneapolis;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the folior;inq to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Lngineer's Memorandum.
2. The Ordinance rezoning the property shall be rublished upon evidence that the
Final Plat has be -n filed and recorded with Hennepin County.
3. Submittal of required utility and drainag,: easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Fiat.
4. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat Is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
5. Appropriate legal documents per City Ordinance, regarding Homeowner
Association covenants and restrictions, as approved by the City Attorney,
shall be filed with the Final PI -it.
6., The Final Plat mylars shall Include reference to the approved MPUD 83-1 per
Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
