Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 553
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR
VICKSBURG WEST FOR THE CITY OF MINNEAPOLIS (MPUD 83-1) (82066)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Vicksburg West as requested by the City of Minneapolis;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Outlot B shall be deeded to the City for public open space purposes. all
remaining land dedication shall be satisfied per Resolution Nos.
83-134/83-292, and the Vicksburg West Development Contract.
3. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filinq the Final Plat.
4. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
5. The Final Plat mylars shall include reference to the approved MPUD 83-1 per
Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken t hereon,

chneider and Threinen
