RESOLUTION NO. 83- 552
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR THE CITY OF MINNEAPOLIS FOR VICKSBURG
WEST (MPUD 83-1) (82066)
WHEREAS, the City of Minneapolis has requested approval for Final Plat for Vicksburg
West, a plat for four outlots located west of Vicksburg Lane, east of Dunkirk Lane, and
south of 26th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for the City of Minneapolis for Vicksburg West located west of Vicksburg Lane,
east of Dunkirk Lane, and south of 26th Avenue North; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
