Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t:day of October . 1983.

Councilmembers Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption,
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 548
APPROVING FINAL REGISTERED LAND SURVEY FOR BRUCE DIGERNESS FOR ED KAPLAN FOR DICO
ENTERPRISES, INC. (83014)
WHEREAS, Bruce Digerness has requested approval for Final Registered Land Survey for Ed
Kaplan for Dico Enterprises, Inc., for six tracts located west of County Road 18; south
of 17th Avenue; and, north of 13th Avenue; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Registered Land Survey for
Bruce Digerness for Ed Kaplan, for Dico Enterprises, Inc. for six tracts located west
of County Road 18; south of 17th Avenue; and, north of 13th Avenue.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
