Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota,—ii�asmT 3rd day of
I October 19 83. The following members were present: mayor Davenport,
Counci mem ers Moen,, Neils, Schneider and Threinen

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 547
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR
CHAIN LINK FENCING AT ZACHARY PLAYFIELD
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth awarded a contract on August 1, 1983, in the
amount of $27,023 to Metropolitan Fence Company for the completion of the
fencing of three ballfields at the Zachary Playfield, and
WHEREAS, said fencing has now been completed, reviewed and approved, and
WHEREAS, Metropolitan Fence has submitted a final bill in the amount of
$25,873.95,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby authorized to
make final payment in the amount of $25,873.95 to Metropolitan Fence Company.
