RESOLUTION NO. 83- 542 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - HARRISON HILLS ADDITION, PHASE II WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted October 3, 1983, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Harrison Hills Addition, Phase II, by the installation of ornamental resi- dential street lights and this report was received by the Council October 3, 1983; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvements. 2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions adopted October 3, 1983. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the a ow ng voted n favor ergo :Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Threinen The following voted against orabstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
