The following members were present:M or Davenport, ounc , ers Wen; (Pens, Schneider and Threinen , The following members were a sent: on h» e»r aww Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its -ad-option: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 541 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT STREET LIGHTING - HARRISON HILLS ADDITION, PHASE II WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Harrison Hills Partnership requesting installation of ornamental residential street lighting in Harrison Hills Addi- tion, Phase II; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Harrison Hilts Adrntton, Phase II, by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with the City Council on October 3, 1983, is hereby deciarEd to be signed by the required percentage of owners of p,operty affected thereby. This declaration is made in conf.,rmance to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. 2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment hearings. 3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended.
