RESOLUTION NO. 83- 538
APPROVING TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL AGREEMENT
COUNTY ROAD 9 AND LARCH LANE
CITY PROSECT NO. 242
WHEREAS, Agreement for participation in the construction and operation of
traffic control signal system on County State Aid Highway No. 9 at Larch Lane,
Hennepin County Project No. 8331, Agreement No. PW 29-17-83 has been prepared
and presented to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that said Agreement be in all things approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Manager are authorized to sign
Agreement No. PW 29-17-83, Hennepin County Project No. 8331.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that $13,750 be transferred from the City's M.S.A. Fund
(402-402-965) to the Construction Fund (401-000-501) to finance said construc-
tion.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
