Counciimember Neils 1-troduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 536
RLCEIVING PETITIONS FOR PUBLIC I€iPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the following property owner have submitted a petition requesting the
City of Plymouth to install public improvements:
South 112, North 112, Southwest 114, Section 12 by Enterprise
Properties
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that said petition is received and placed on file.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said petition will be considered along with the
1984 - 1988 Capital Improvements Program.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereo the
following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers �aen, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
