ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT
DEVRIES 2ND ADDITION
STREET AND UTILITIES
PROSECT NO. 337
WHEREAS, the devtaoper cf DeVries 2nd Addition has petitioned the City to
Install a 7 -ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, drainage
facilities* sanitary sewer, watermain and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a
portion of the cost of such Improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011
to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BV THE CITV COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderli.k & Associates for study and that the engineers be instructed to
report to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in
a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote beim take thereo the
