ACCEPTING PETITION FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
51ST AVENUE - NATHAN LANE ACROSS SOO LINE RAILROAD
WHEREAS, Scherer Bros. Lumber Company has petitioned the City to prepare plans
for the public improvements on 51st Avenue from Nathan Lane across the Soo Line
Railroads and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. The City Council accept the petition for the preparation of plans for
the street, sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer improvements as
outlined in the petition.
2. That before the pians are prepared, Scherer Bros. Lumber Company shall
submit a letter to the City agreeing to reimburse the City of Plymouth
for any expense incurred for preparation of the plans and specifica-
tions If the project is not constructed.
3. Bonestroo, Rosee, Anderlik B Associates is hereby designated as the
engineer for the Improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifica-
tions for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
