Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 83- 533
REDUCTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
LEVY NO. 8959

WHEREAS, pursuant to the adoption of Resolution No. 83-455, special assessments
were levied by the City Council for Project No. 202, West Ridge Estates Fourth
Addition Utility and Street Improvements; and
WHEREAS, the final cost of the construction contract is less than the estimated
final cost used for assessment purposes;
NOW, T6L EFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the assessments be reduced to the following amounts as they apply to
each parcel here listed:
