Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 532
REDUCTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
LEVY NO. 8958
WHEREAS, pursuant to the adoption of Resolution No. 83-454, special assessment;
were levied by the City Council for Project No. 201, Brockpahler Addition Utility
and Street Improvements: and
WHEREAS, the final cost of the construction contract is less thant the estimated
final cost used for assessment purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1, That the assessments be reduced to the following amounts as they apply to
each parcel here listed:
2. That the revised assessments shall be spread over the number of and at the
interest rate specified in Resolution 83-454 applicable to Levy No. 8958,
with the first installment payable on or before the first Monday in January
1984.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cougcilen and upon vote being taken thereon, the
