HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1983-532to due Cali and notice thereof, Council of the City of Plymouth, _ day of October , meeting of old -on the owing members were der and Threinen Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved is adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 532 REDUCTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS LEVY NO. 8958 WHEREAS, pursuant to the adoption of Resolution No. 83-454, special assessment; were levied by the City Council for Project No. 201, Brockpahler Addition Utility and Street Improvements: and WHEREAS, the final cost of the construction contract is less thant the estimated final cost used for assessment purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH: 1, That the assessments be reduced to the following amounts as they apply to each parcel here listed: 2. That the revised assessments shall be spread over the number of and at the interest rate specified in Resolution 83-454 applicable to Levy No. 8958, with the first installment payable on or before the first Monday in January 1984.
