Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day of
October 1983. The following members were present-FITayor Davenport,

councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 531
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENT
PROSECT NO. 231 AND 304
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the utility and street improvements contract for Projects No. 231
and 304:
1. Extend storm sewer and provide water service on 6th Avenue (Project
231).
2. Revise sanitary sewer, watermain and street to conform with final plat
of Humphrey Estates Addition (Project 231).
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the utility and street improvements contract for
Projects 231 and 304 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for the utility and street
Improvements contract for Projects 231 and 304 adding $9,337.25 is approved and
the original contract price of $623,240.70 is revised to 5632,577.95.
