Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 522
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO AND REGARDING FILING OF LOT DIVISION AND
VARIANCES FOR DALE RANDAL, (83039)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved Variances from the Subdivision Code for Dale
Randall;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.

3. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot Division with
Hennepin County.
4. Variance to allow division of land by metes and bounds description; and, to
allow a lot width of 295 ft. rather than 300 ft.
5. Appropriate documents shall be filed on all parcels indicating that in
conjunction with this division, conceptual development plans have been placed
on file with the City for future reference.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken OZ—re—on—,77;;
Whereupon the Resolution was declared
