HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1983-521Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held 3777-31W e day of October . 19 83 The following members were present: Mayor Davenport; LSi}R:ilmembe oTS i1�PiiTS, Schneider and Threinen e following members were absent: none �nta ■ta its Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 521 APPROVING VARIANCES FROM SUBDIVISION CODE AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT POLICY RESOLUTION NO. 75-664 FOR DALE RANDALL (83039) WHEREAS, Dale Randall has requested approval of Variances from the Subdivision Code and Urban Development Policy Resolution No. 75-664, to divide a 5 acre parcel with less than 300 ft. width, from a 74 acre parcel located south of County Road 47, west of Lawndale Road and east of Troy Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Variances from the Sudivision Code and Urban Development Policy Resolution No. 75-664 for Dale Randall for division of a 5 acre parcel from an existing 74 acre parcel located south of County Road 47, west of Lawndale Road and east of Troy Lane as follows: 0 EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION The South half of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 6, Township 118, North, Range 23, West of the 5th P.M. To be divided into two new parcels: PARCEL A: The North 295.00 feet of the West ;820.00 feet of the South half of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 6, Township 118, North, Range 22, West of the 5th P.M. PARCEL B: The South half of the Northeast 1/4 except the North 295.00 feet of the West 820.00 feet thereof, Section 6, Township 118, North, Range 22 West of the 5th P.M. FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County.
