Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption,
RESOLUTION NO. 83-519
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A HOME OCCUPATION FOR HILA AND JOSEPH DOMAGALA,
17705 D COUNTY ROAD 24 (83035)
WHEREAS, Hila and Joseph Domagala have requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit
for a Home Occupation to operate a lawn service business from property located at 17705
D County Road 24; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED, THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, should and hereby does approve a Conditional Use Permit for a Home
Occupation for Hila and Joseph Domagala to operate a lawn service business from
property located at 17705 D County Road 24 subject to the following conditions:
I. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to the petitioner as operator of the facility and shall
not be transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. No signage related to the use shall be allowed on the premises.
5. The permit shall be renewed by February 1st annually to assure compliance with
the conditions.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote beang taken T ereon, t

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
