The followingg� me,i>rs were present:Ating Mayor c nei er, ounc emberh Moen, Neils and Thre .r The following memoers were absent: Mayor Davenport Councilmembers Moen introduced the following Resolution an, move is a o^tion: RESOLUTION NO. 83-510 APPROVING PEDDLERS LICENSES WHEREAS, applications for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants License has been received from Felicia Yvonne Parker, 747 E. 130 Place; Michael Lee Grayson, 919 Florida Ave.; Kwane Dimery, 1975 E. University Ave.; Audrey Lee Taylor, 1975 University Ave.; Mark David Morris, 2445 Pierce Street; Kenneth Bernard Gettis, 12314 S. Morgan; George Kemp Gaitor, 7938 S. Western Ave. to sell all purpose cleaner door-to-door within Plymouth in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code; and WHEREAS, the applications have been reviewed and approved by the Police Department; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the applications for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants License are approved for a period ending December 31, 1983. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vo navor ,ereo : Actino Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen, Neils and Threinen The following voted against orabstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. w+t may, w,r*
