Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its Adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 509
WHEREAS application for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants License
has been received from Greg Scott Berg, 9505 Leaftop Circle;.Kelly Edward
Copas, 7 Kaiser Avenue; Brad Jason Groves, 9505 Leaftop Circle; Karl Paul
Holmgren, 3407 65th Ave.; Michael Shannon Mayberry, 411 Dayton Road; Fredrick
Dale Wunderlich, 7 Kaiser Ave.; Beverly Lynn Jenkins, 1652 9th Street; and
Daniel Reid Dennison, 7333 Gallagher Drive to sell cable service door-to-
door within Plymouth in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth
Code; and
WHEREAS, the applications have been reviewed and approved by the Police
Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the applications for Peddlers, Solicitors, or
Transient Merchants License are approved for a period expiring December 31,
1983.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen and upon vote being taken thereon, the
