RESOLUTION NO. 83- 504
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATFD TO FINAL PLAT FOR
SILVERTHORNE FOR RAYMOND L. AND OEANNE A. LAURENT (82052) (RPI1D 83-2)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Devetopment Contract for
SILVERTHORNE as requested by Gary Laurent, Laurent Development;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does approve the following to be meet prior to
recording of and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. The Ordinance Rezoning the property south of Hamel Road shall be published
upon evidence that the Final Plat has been filed and -ecorded with Hennepin
County.
3. No Building Permits shall be issued until a contract has been awarded for the
construction of municipal sewer and water.
4. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
5. Appropriate legal documents regarding Homeowner Association covenants and
restrictions as approved by the City Attorney shall he filed with the Final
Plat.
6. "Amhurst 7th Addition" Final Plat shall be filed and recorded with "er pin
County prior to or concurrently with the "Siiverthorne" plat.
7. Submission of required financial guarantee and performance agreement for
completion of site improvements.
8. This Final Plat mylar shall include reference to approved RPUD 83-2 per
Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
