Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ameeting of the city co moll of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on day of Sept "r 19 .

Co ncilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 503
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOP SILVERTHORNE FOR RAYMOND L. AND
JEANNE A. LAURENT (82052) (RPUD 83-2)
WHEREAS, Gary Laurent, Laurent Development has requested approval for Final Plat for
Sllverthorne located northeast of 47th Avenue North and Vicksburg Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
10 MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Fin, -,l Plat and Development
Contract for Raymond L. and Jeanne A. Laurent for Silverthorne located northeast of
47th Avenue North and Vicksburg lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor and
City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on hehalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thercon, the
following vo n favor thereaf:Actlng mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
