The following members were present.: Acta no Mayor Sc nei er, C©un Neils and Threinen'K- The {° 0 ow ng rs were a sent:,or avenpor Councilmember Moen Introduced the following Resolution and moved its a t on: RESOLUTION NO. 83-501 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING FINAL PLAT FOR AMH1.1RST SEVENTH ADDITION FOR LAURENT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (RPUD 79-2) (79046) WHEREAS, the City Council has aproved the Final Plat and Development Contract for Amhurst Seventh Addition as requested by Laurent Development Company. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following to be met prior to recording and regarding said plat: 1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Park Dedication requirements for 10 lots are satisfied upon the developer constructing the required trail in Outlot I, Amhurst Second Addition, with appropriate credits for the cost of paving the trail. Remaining dedication requirements shall he cash fees -in -lieu of land dedication. 3. Park Dedication requirements for Outlot A shall he satisifed in accordance with the Amhurst Second Addition Development Contract and shall be applied at the time of further final platting. 4. No Building Permits shall be Issued until a Contract has been awarded to the construction of municipal sewer and water. 5. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 6. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is part of the approved RPUD 79-2 per Section 9 of the toning Ordinance. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, tt 0 ow ng voted n favor thereof: Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Moen, Neils and Threinen e following voted against orabstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duy passed and adopted. dsk2B
