IftiScY no members were absent: emvinn ilmember Neils 2puncilme -r Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoptlons RESOLUTION NO. 83 _ 494 RESOLUTION RELATING TO TAX FORFEIT PARCELS NOS. 26-118-22-34-0045, 0044, 0043 and 0042 WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has acquired parcels 26-118-22-34-on42, 0043, On44, and 0045 on June 26, 1970 through conveyance from the State of Minnesota for park purposes; and WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of declaring parcel no. 26-118-?2-34-on45 as excess to City needs and approving same for private sale subject to storm water drainage easements; and WHEREAS, the City Council further desires to petition for a change of use for parcels no. 26-118-22-34-0042, 0043, and 0044; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, that it should and hereby does resolve as follows: 1. Authorizes the completion and submission of a reconvenyance application to Hennepin County and the State of Minnesota for parcel no. 26-118-22-34-0045. 2. Authorizes the conveyance of parcels 26-118-22-34-0042, 0043,0044 and 0(145 for storm water ponding easement purposes as hereinafter described. 3. Authorizes the submission of a change of use form to the State Department of Taxation for tax forfeit parcel nos. 26-118-22-34-0042, 0043 and 0044 from park to storm water ponding. 4. Hereby confirms that parcel no. 26-118-22-34-0045 with storm water drainaae ponding easements established there upon is substandard from City Zonina Ordinance provisions and therefore recommends the private sale of said parcel to the adjacent property owner in accordance with Hennepin County procedures.
