Councilmenber Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
Adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 491
RESOLUTION REQUESTING MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
TO CONDUCT SPEED LIMIT STUDIES
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is concerned about traffic speeds and problems on State
Highway 101 within one-quarter mile north and three-quarters mile south of Hennepin
County Road No. 6;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
requests that the Commissioner of Transportation undertake a traffic speed and
10 engineering study on State Highway 101 one-quarter mile north and three-audrters mile
south of its intersection with County Road 6.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
