RESOLUTION NO. 83- 4('19
REDUCTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
LEVY NO. 7655

WHEREAS, pursuant to the adoption of Resolution No. 80-695, special assessments
were levied by the City Council for Project No. 809, Pike Lake Area Utility
Improvements; and
WHEREAS, certain property owners appealed the cost for the above mentioned
utilities; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has now reached an agreement with said property
owners;
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the assessments be reduced to the following amounts as they apply to
each parcel here listed:

2. That the revised assessments shall be spread c,°er the remainder of years
and at the interest rate applicable to Levy No. 7655, with the first
installment payable on or before the first Monday in January 1984.
3. That the property owners will be refunded the interest paid for 1981, 1982
and 1983 on the amount of the reduction of the assessment.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being t ken thereon, the
fol ow voted vor t lreo : Mayor Davenport, Cotincilnienbers L oen,
c n eider a I Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
