RESOLUTION NO. 83- 468
REDUCTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
LEVY NO. 7988
WHEREAS, pursuant to the adoption of Resolution No. 80-696, special assessments
were levied by the City Council for Project No. 809, Pike Lake Area Street
Imrrovements; and
WHEREAS, certain property owners appealed the cost for the above mentioned
street; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has now reached an agreement with said property
owners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the assessments be reduced to the following amounts as they apply to
each parcel here listed:

2. That the revised assessments shall be spread over the remainder of years
and at the interest rate applicable to Levy No. 7988, with the first
installment payable on or befcre the first Monday in January 1984.
3. That the property owners will be refunded the interest paid for 1981,
1982 and 1983 on the amount of the reduction of the assessment.
The motion fir the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Counci member oen ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the
