Councilme7iber Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 487
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - COUNTY NO. 10 SERVICE ROAD
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from the property owner requesting instal-
lation of ornamental residential street lighting in the Bass Lake Oaks and
Asplund's Oakwood Shores Additions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Bass Lake Oaks and Asplund's
Oakwood Shores Additions by the installation of residential ornamental street
lighting, filed with the City Council on September 12, 1983, is hereby
declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affec-
ted thereby. This declaration is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes
10 Section 429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
