The following members were present nThe follow nq members were absent: rwr�nil_mam?ui� 112Ai1,,4 _ Introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 46 33 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT DEMOLITION OF HAZARDOUS STRUCTURES WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September 12, 1983 the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for the demolition of hazardous structures on certain lands within the City as provided by law; and WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A hearing shall be held on the 3rd day of October 1983 in the City Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Roulevard, Plymouth, ' Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearinq on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Lioen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the folIowing voted In favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers r:oen, Schneider and Threinen The followIng vote against or a sta ned: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly -passed and a opte ,
