RESOLUTION NO. e3- 479
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR
THE DEMOLITION OF HAZARDOUS STRUCTURES
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provision of Minnesota Statutes Section 463.21, a
determination has been wade that certain charges for the razing and demolition
of hazardous structures within the community have not been paid as provided for
by law, and the total amount of such delinquent charges, includlq Incidentdi
e%penses incurred, Is In the amount of 54,190.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, Bf IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MIMHESOTA:
1. The cost of such ieproveomt to be specially assessed Is hereby declared to
be $49190.00.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith
10 calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district
affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and the Clerk
shall file a copy of such proposed assessment In the office of the City
Clerk for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the
Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
