The following members were psen a r Daven ort, Councimembers rToen Schne' d d h e' ni The follow ng rs were absent: Councilmemb r N2iis_ ** Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and mve3 Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 478 RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR SEWER AND WATER. SERVICE HOOKUP AND PERMIT FEE WHEREAS, pursuant to the provision of Resolution 81-719, certain individuals have requested the City to install their sanitary sewer and water service and special assess rela-ced costs against their property, and the total amount of such con- nections, including incidential expenses incurred, is in the amount of $29,488.85 and of this cost the City will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $29,488.1E. 2. `The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and the Clerk shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection. 3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by .
