RESOLUTION NO. 83- 475
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
1983 STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to the 1983 Street Improvements:
Extend compl6tion date to August 31, 1983
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for the street improvements contract for 1983 is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for the 1983 street improvements contract
changing the completion date to August 31, 1983, with no change in the contract
amount, is approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
