RESOLUTION NO. 83- 473
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 4 AND FINAL
BROCKPAHLER ADDITION, WEST RIDGE 4TH ADDITON, OXBOW RIDGE ADDITION AND
HONEYWELL WATERMAIN
PROJECT NO. 201, 202, 211 AND 226
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Northdale Construction Co. as contractor
have entered into an agreement for Brockpahler Addition, West Ridge 4th Addition,
Oxbow Ridge Addition and Honeywell Watermain, said agreement being dated July 28,
1982; and
WHEREAS, the engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval
of the final request for payment;
NOW, THREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $274;672.75, two change
orders in the amount of $22,432.15 were approved, and the value
of the work to date is $292,921.24.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for Project No. 201,
202, 211 and 226, and certified to the Council by the engineer
as acceptable be and the same is hereby released from the
contract except as to the conditions of the performance bond,
any and all legal rights of the owner, required guarantees and
corrections of faulty work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 4 and Final in the amount of $28,408.80
to Northdale Construction Co. for Project No. 201, 202, 211 and
226 is hereby approved and the City Finance Director is hereby
authorized and directed to pay the same forthwith.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider and upon vote being taken thereon, the
